This policy explains how to cancel a Stance Finance Professional Plus subscription and how refunds are handled. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel:
To cancel, email support@stancefinance.co.za. You can also manage or cancel the subscription from your PayFast account if you have one.
New accounts receive 2 days of Professional Plus access free. If you do not subscribe, the account simply reverts to the free tier at the end of the trial — there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.
Because Professional Plus gives you immediate, continuous access to a digital service:
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECTA), including any applicable cooling-off period for electronic transactions. Where the law gives you a right to a refund that this policy does not, the law prevails.
If you believe you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or charged for a service that was not delivered, contact us and we will investigate and put it right.
If a renewal payment fails, our payment processor will retry over a short period. If payment ultimately fails, your account reverts to the free tier. You can resubscribe at any time.
